JactAI Systems provides digital growth infrastructure, including but not limited to web development, WhatsApp automation, AI chatbots, and CRM integrations. The scope, pricing, and timeline of these services are agreed upon individually with clients via formal proposals and invoices prior to project commencement.
Our services heavily rely on third-party APIs and platforms, most notably Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) and Google. We are not responsible for any changes in pricing, service outages, policy updates, or account suspensions initiated by these third-party entities. Clients are responsible for adhering to Meta's Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
Upon full payment of all invoices related to a custom project (such as a website or specific automation flow), the client retains ownership of the final deliverables. JactAI Systems retains ownership of all underlying code libraries, proprietary automation scripts, and foundational frameworks used to build the deliverables.
In no event shall JactAI Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
